COASTLEARN-BLACKSEA: Integrated Coastal Area Management Education Project started with a meeting on 21-13 December 2010 in Sinop, Turkey. The Project, part of Leonardo da Vinci Lifelong Education Programme, is coordinated by Sinop Municipality; and TUDAV is a partner. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bülent Topaloğlu was present at the meeting to represent TUDAV. Our Sinop representative Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Zengin; Sinop University, Faculty of Fisheries, Coastal Area Management Directorates of Bulgaria and Romania; and non-governmental organizations from Bulgaria and Romania are working in the Project. The Project will last 2 years and will be realized simultaneously in Turkey, Bulgaria, and Romania.
