The 22nd conference of the European Cetacean Society was held in Egmond aan Zee, Holland between 10 and 12 March 2008.

Our organization contributed to this conference by presenting two different posters. 400 scientists and students, who are working with marine mammals around the world, especially in the Mediterranean, participated in this conference.

The conference will be held in Istanbul in March 2009 by TUDAV.
