Following the 38th Antarctic Treaty Conference of Parties held in Sofia, we invited Dr. Manfred Reinke, Executive Director of the Antarctic Treaty, and Mr. Jose Maria Acero, Secretary of the Treaty, to our country for a meeting. During this meeting, we exchanged information about the progress our country has made in this area and future work. A working dinner was then held with them. Dr. Burcu Özsoy Çiçek, Head of the ITU Polar Research Center, and her assistants also attended the working dinner.
